What does a migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 11 cost?

How long does a Drupal migration take?

Drupal 7 has had no security updates since 5 January 2025, so every new vulnerability stays open, which is a GDPR risk the moment you process personal data. Drupal 10 reaches end of life in December 2026, so demand will spike; waiting longer only makes it more expensive.
