From request to quote in four steps
You don't need a worked-out plan. Half an idea and a problem is enough to start with.

Two minutes of work. Briefly tell us what you're running into; it doesn't have to be detailed.
- 02We call within one business day
A thirty-minute call in which we dig deeper. Afterwards we both know whether it fits.
- 03You get a proposal with a fixed price
Within a week, in plain language: what we do, what it costs, when it's done and what it returns.
- 04You decide, without pressure
Agreed? Then we schedule the start. Not agreed? Then it stops there and you keep the proposal.
Roughly what does it cost?
So you know whether we're in the same ballpark before you call. Your exact price is in the quote.
Amounts are starting prices and exclude VAT. What you pay exactly depends on scope and integrations, and is put in writing in the quote before we start.

You speak to the people who will do the work. They can answer technical questions on the spot.
Is your question outside our specialism or too small to be worthwhile? Then we say so and point you elsewhere.
The amount in the quote is the amount on the invoice. Extra work only when you commission it yourself.
Even if you don't go with us, you keep the plan. You're free to have another party execute it.
Questions that usually come first
Does a quote cost anything?
No. The call and the proposal are free and without obligation. Only once you agree and we start does the clock run.
I don't know exactly what I want yet. Can I still request one?
Absolutely. Most requests start with a problem, not a solution. We ask the questions needed to sharpen it up.
How soon can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks of agreement. For senior staffing we can often match someone within days.
Do you work with smaller budgets?
Yes. The Growth Scan at $1,500 is deliberately a low-risk entry point. If it turns up nothing worth doing, it stops there and you are out very little.
