You explain what you're running into. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether we can help. No sales pitch, no obligation.
Within a week you get a proposal in plain language: what we do, what it costs, when it's done and what it returns. No fine print.
We cut the work into pieces you can see and test. An update every two weeks. No six months of silence followed by a surprise.
You receive everything in ownership, including documentation and access. After that you decide whether we maintain it or you take over.
What you can expect from us
You know the cost before we start. Additional work only happens when you explicitly commission it.
No annual contracts you can't escape. In ongoing work we prove ourselves again every month.
Code, data, domains and accounts are in your name. If you leave us, all of it simply comes along.
No ticket system and no queue. You get an answer from someone who knows your project.
Before you call
What does a first project usually cost?
A Growth Scan starts at € 1250 excl. VAT, a lead website at € 4500 excl. VAT. Automation projects typically run between € 6,000 and € 15,000. After the first call you get a fixed amount for your situation.
How soon can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks. For senior staffing we can often match someone within days.
Do you work outside Eindhoven?
Yes. We're at Torenallee 20 in Eindhoven and work throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Remote works fine; on-site visits are always possible.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
Almost never. We build on top of what you have and integrate with your CRM, ERP or accounting. We only advise replacing when it is demonstrably cheaper.
What if it disappoints?
On projects we work in visible steps, so you see early whether it's heading the right way. On ongoing work you cancel monthly. You're never locked in.
