Who are we?
XSLLNT is the controller for the personal data collected via this website. Our US office is at 6324 Fairmont Avenue #2916, El Cerrito, CA 94530. Our European office and engineering team are at Torenallee 20, Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 84624817. What data do we process?
If you complete the contact form, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and your message. In addition, only with your consent, we collect anonymized statistics about website usage.
What do we use it for?
Solely to contact you in response to your request and to improve our services. We never sell your data and send no unsolicited newsletters.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (art. 6 GDPR).
Retention
We keep requests no longer than necessary for handling them and our administration, and delete them afterwards.
Sharing with third parties
For delivering form emails we use Resend as a processor. We conclude processing agreements with processors. Your data is not shared further or resold.
Cookies
We only place analytics cookies after you have given consent. Your display preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser and is not tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Email hello@xsllnt.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. The categories we collect are identifiers (name, email address, phone number), commercial information (your enquiry) and internet activity (anonymized usage statistics, only after you consent). We keep them for as long as the request and our administration require.
Do not sell or share
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have. If you accept marketing cookies, a limited amount of usage data may be shared with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can refuse that when the cookie banner appears, and withdraw it at any time by clearing the cookie for this site. Refusing costs you nothing: the entire website keeps working.
Exercising your rights
Email hello@xsllnt.com from the address you contacted us with, or write to XSLLNT, 6324 Fairmont Avenue #2916, El Cerrito, CA 94530. We reply within 45 days, as the CCPA requires. We only ask for enough information to confirm it is really you, and we use that verification data for nothing else. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
